The current education system is outdated and we no longer rely on academic( I would like to see some teachers opinions on this)

So for more context here is a video I saw a while back by a guy named prince ea here it is and he gives some great points on why the school system that we live in is absolutely horrible for example the anxiety and stress the pointless subjects(anything above 3rd grade is basically useless) and the way that we learn a single room with kids all different with pros and cons and yet they are taught thr same thing the same way and how the education system hasn't been changed on over a 100 years and something he didnt mention is that every single year as we move on and grow up degrees become more and more meaningless because we are starting to see less and less companies care about this peace of paper because it really format show "intelligence" what I found out about school it is really a memorise this then puke it out on a test forget about it repeat till you lose your sanity and I really wanted to see if there are teachers who agree with me.
