Warren Buffet has donated 37 Billion in his lifetime. What if he used billions to create a free/pay what you can online university that could allow any american citizen to work towards a degree?

I would like to know what he and Bill gates think of this idea

Imagine an organization that has the finacial means to return knowledge to the hands of everyone.

They are only rich because of the knowledge left by our forebears so I think they could see the value in this enterprise
