Should i guve up on High School?

I am a junior in high school with a 2.42 gpa, got all D’s last mp and on rrack to fail two classes this MP. should i just completely give up? ive been struggling with ADHD/ADD MDD and some ither bs my whole life, all of wich is untreated compleatly. i have 0 motivation to learn anything in school, and even when i do try i still get the same shit grades
