Ever put a bid for an education tender? Your help is needed!

My mom's company does projects in education, and they do a great job. Problem is, they do less of a great job at finding and bidding for the right tenders. If you have any experience with tenders in education, I'd love to hear some tips. More specifically:

• Where do you find tenders?
• How do you figure out if a tender is a good fit for your company?
• What's process are you using to decide on and place a bid?
