What are the best universities with game design/development & programming

I'll have to enroll in university next year and I'm interested in pursuing a career in Game Development. I'm from Bulgaria so most European universities which have this kind of course would be fine. So far I've found Uppsala University and Hanze University,but I can't seem to find many others. It's also important to note that I'd like the education to be in English(Excluding England, since I want to live in that country after I gradute).
