Failed 12th grade. What happens now?

I go to a public NYC school and I failed 12th grade of high school. I was given summer school to make up the few credits I needed to graduate late in august and I basically failed summer school by not doing the online classes. So i guess im repeating a year. Prior to this year I never had failed a year or had summer school so I dont know what to do. Would i get a new schedule posted online or go in the first day and ask someone like a consular about repeating? Summer school ended two weeks ago and I didnt receive anything in the mail, Do i call the school? Is there anyone like a consular there who would help me with this
