Does your district require tracking of student progress on standards?

At the request of a teacher of mine, I've recently developed a website meant to aid teachers in tracking student progress on standards, a practice mandated in his district. I'm wondering about the applicability of such a product outside of our specific district. From your knowledge, which districts mandate such action?
