Long story short, a day before I hit 90 days in my new district this complete cunt of a principal fired me from my third grade job. Well she didn’t fire me, she had the head of HR come in and terminate me. He cited “classroom management” for why I was fired. My class was tight, I’ll admit in the hallways one or two of my kids wouldn’t walk completely straight or silently (it’s not a fucking prison after all), but I mean there’s people who touch little kids inappropriately and get put on leave without being canned or arrested even.
Did I not suck my bitch of a principal’s dick enough? I really don’t get it. Isn’t there a process to go through? A write-up? A warning? Anything besides being blindsided with unemployment?
Anyone hiring before Christmas?
