High school teachers, what is the hardest thing about getting your remote classes on the same page?

This could be anything: maybe it's getting class resources and assignments centralized so students feel like they have a handle on what they need to do; maybe it's the ability to actually connect with students outside of the classroom to really understand if they're getting the material – what has been the hardest thing for you?
