Looking For: Career Preparation/Internship Programs for High School Students

For the past few years I've taught a career prep and internship program at a city school. The program is broken up into three distinct sections: Career Research and Preparedness (what do you want to do? how do you get there? create a resume, cover letter, etc.), Financial Literacy, and then finally an internship at various organizations and businesses around the city. The ultimate goal of the program is to provide our students with some like skills and tools they can use immediately upon graduation, regardless of whether they go to college, go into the workforce, or join the military. For reference, I work at a school where the majority of the students come from disadvantaged backgrounds and almost everyone qualifies for free or reduced lunch. The program is a graduation requirement, so every senior in the school participates regardless of IEP, 504, or specialized cohort.

I'm attempting to revamp the curriculum and approach of the program, and I'm looking to research and compare similar programs or programs with similar goals. However, general searches for such programs don't turn up much. I think this is due to the fact that each program has some kind of unique name or is affiliated with organizations that may not have a huge online presence. Would anyone here be able to suggest some programs/organizations/schools to look into? These programs do not have to just belong in a high school, as non-profits and even colleges often have interesting frameworks and approaches to look at.

Thank you!

Quick Edit: Geographical location or educational setting is of no concern to me, this really is just an attempt to do further research and see how I can make my program more applicable and relevant to my students.
