What do people from a migration background miss that native people have in their social development?

Eventhough I come from a migration background and work as an middle-upper class at a good company, I often times notice that native people with a lower/middle class background make up to my level. What is it that native people have in their development that people with a migration background miss (eventhough they have the same or higher education)?
