Ba in English literature, I want to do my masters but in a different field/major other than English. Is it possible, and what are my options?

As the titles says, I currently hold a bachelor's in English language and literature and I've been thinking of getting my masters done, but I want to see if it's possible to get it in a different field that is not related to English language and literature.

Right now it's just a thought and I'm very curious to see if it's possible and what are my options for the future.
