First Year Teacher... Aspiring AP

I am a first year teacher is Westchester NY and I am finishing my masters degree for dec 2020 (certifications degree). I have always seen myself in leadership roles and I am wondering how I can start getting on that track. Is it too soon to enroll in a school building leadership program this summer? TC at Columbia offers a summer program and year long internship that I am extremely interested in and I would love to get the ball rolling now.

Is there anything else I should be doing to boost my resume and marketability for AP positions in the future while I’m completing my first few years of teaching? I’m only 3 months into my first year and would love to start adding things to my belt.
