Back in July, I posted a survey about the coronavirus on various college subreddits. I got almost 500 responses and recently wrote an article summarizing the findings. I thought the /r/education community might find this qualitative data interesting, since it comes directly from students. I also figured it might generate some interesting discussion - many of the responses I received were fairly negative, although a minority of students voiced opposing views (e.g. that the student response has been overblown, at least to a degree). I haven't gotten much feedback yet from those working in education, but would really like to.
If anyone has questions or would like a copy of the raw data (with responses removed from the students who said they didn’t want their responses used in an anonymous report), feel free to PM me. I hope some of you find this interesting.
Have a good quarter/semester!
