IELTS preparation study plan

I’m thinking of taking my IELTS this December. I haven’t joined any tuition yet. My English is pretty good since I’ve studied in English Medium all my life even though English isn’t my native language. But I’m having some problem in making a structural study plan so I can practice it at home before I sit for the exams. How can I prepare a structural and effective study plan for scoring 8.5 in IELTS
