Is General Education courses required when transferring from a county college ?

Currently I'm a county college student and I'm going to transfer to a university (from BCCC to Penn State Abington) , I'm going to graduate next semester, I will complete all the required courses for my major at the county college, but the university I'm transferring to has an additional required General Education courses. Do I need to complete all the required Gen Ed courses in order to transfer ? or will I be able to take that Gen Ed courses after I transfer ?.
