Studying in Canada from Belgium

I want to study in Canada and live there when I’m older. I want to go to university/college but I don’t have knowledge about it at all.

I want to study film, writing, directing.

Is it expensive? Is it worth it? How much does it cost internationally to enter university/college? Is there an acceptance rate? Can I apply with Erasmus+? How hard is it, out of 10? 10 being highest. Which province provides the best film schools? Difference between college and university? Are there dorms? Or host families (if you have the website so I can apply)?

To raise up children or to get a Canadian passport, how hard is it? What do I specifically do? How’s the education system before university/college? Can an European easily transfer in Canada and live there?
