Best maths software for exams.

Hello,

I’m a high school student with 2 years left until my final year 12 exams. I also have dysgraphia, which pretty much just means my handwriting is extremely slow and poor quality, bordering on illegible. Because of this, I have got special permission to use a computer in exams, which solves my problems for all subjects except for maths. I have tried using LaTeX, but found it was too slow for a exam environment, and had a very steep learning curve. I have also tried Microsoft Equation Editor, I found this very clunky and formatting was very difficult. I planning on perhaps studying engineering at university. So maths is quite important for me. Is there any good software that could be used in a exam situation?

Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
