Hello, I am an American living in the middle east.
I am 17 years old. I would like to do my final year of highschool in america but I am finding some problems. The school in my uncles district (where ill be staying) asks for guardianship papers but in order to get both of these papers my parents must be present to sign but they do not have the american nationality so they cannot come.
My question is will they really not allow me in school? I'm an American and I have a place to stay which is with my uncle so why am I not allowed to go to school? Im thinking of just going to the US and going to the school my self because then it would be a different case, I mean they cant just not allow me in school right?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
