College graduation rates by program

Hello All,

I am trying to locate information regarding how many students enter and eventually graduate a program in the state of Texas at least for public school. For example if I wanted to know how many students graduated from the drafting program at some Texas college, what the average salary, and how many actually found gainful employment figures are.

I would imagine that all of this information is available and is probably reported to the state somehow. But I have no clue on where to start. Is there a clearinghouse (some state agency) or would I have to result in contacting or finding the information I want by looking on the school's respective website, possibly contacting each department directly, or contacting some other department at the school that might have this information.
