Teacher accused me of cheating because I accidentally dropped my phone

Prior to the exam, I was trying to search the meaning of a word. I then turned off my phone. 20 minutes into the exam I dropped my phone. My teacher looked at me as I picked it up while looked at it. Sadly, it was on the page I had on the word definition. What now? I don’t want to be expelled.
