I’m working with some teachers who are seeing ‘no devices found’ when trying to cast from their chromebooks. The receiver has been set up correctly and with their account so they have permission. When they share permission with me I have no problem connecting, nor do other teachers who have used casting in the past.
It only seems to be the teachers who have never cast before regardless of device. To test this I set up 4 different receivers and tried to cast from all different devices and the issue was always the same: I could always cast to any device with my account and they saw the ‘no devices found’ when trying to cast.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?
