Does anyone know if it's possible to get your hands on records/notes a school psychologist might have taken about you?
I had some pretty severe mental health issues as a kid, and it's only now that I'm an adult that I'm starting to unpack some of my early trauma. I remember constantly going to talk to my school counselor in elementary school, and I figure she must have written things down (observations, suspected diagnoses, etc). Anyone know if I have a legal right to these records? If so, how do I go about obtaining them? Thanks
