Process of Transferring Out-of-State Teaching License to Texas one

I am looking for some help or advice. I graduated last spring (2020) with a Minnesota Elementary Teaching degree/license. Graduating right at the start at the pandemic, my boyfriend and me decided to use this unforeseen bump in our plans to travel around the US to decide where we want to plant our roots. We always knew that we wanted to be somewhere other then Minnesota. We ended up really loving south eastern Texas. So, recently I have been looking for a position for next school year. With starting that, I realized that I needed to switch my license over to a Texas one. I guess I am just a little confused on the steps to take. I submitted a copy of my license as well as my test scores from Minnesota. However, there is a verification form of employment that I need filled out, I believe. I wasn’t employed in Minnesota with my license. I emailed TEA but I figured I would reach out here as well. What do I do? Any help would be AMAZING!

Advice? I dont know what i want to be when i grow up

i am entering 12 grade , here in egypt it is split in two , biology section and math section , each section exclude the other subject thus not studying it . Bio qualifies you for medical , pharmacy ,biological researches schools and colleges , math is for engineering and other math related careers.

Now i never thought about growing up and what yo choose , i always answered engineering or architecture whenever someone asked , even tho i have no information on both. Now thinking about it , i managed to narrow it to two options , medicine and engineering schools. Now everything in my rational mind says i should be heading for med : 1-good pay compared to others 2-A very respected job 3-secured career 4- biology is interesting to me 5-Saving lives is an honor worth working for

The only downs is the long long and hard study, 7 years for degree plus more years till a good pay, i would somewhat waste my youth.

But i have this soul crunching yet faint feeling that says i should be going to engineering ! And it is fighting my mind: 1- engineering suits me best : innovation ,logical thinking , and math interests me very much also the drawing and artistic side as i am an artist with a talent , but a weak one 2-the pay compared to the years in college , 5 years.

The downs is that it is much less paied compared to the hard work put in it and compared to medicine. And there are millions unemployed and helpless engineers

Money is important for me because i came from a low class family and i can't stay in here and let my family go on like this

As for studying , i have been in the top 10 of my class for the past 4 years excluding this year( which gave me a doubt for the possibility of attaining a good grade Medicine is from 98% Engineering is from 96% I have two months to decide Thank you

Who wrote that it’s not that that a student has the wrong answer, it’s that they have the right answer to the “wrong” question? Was it Jerome Bruner?

I remember reading a book in a “theory of education” course that sometimes it’s not that that a student has the wrong answer, it’s that they have the right answer to the “wrong” question. So you work backwards and think what question would this be the right answer for (perhaps give then some credit for that) and then clarify what you were originally asking.

I vaguely think the book was by Jerome Bruner. Does anyone know who originated the idea and what book it was in?

What is one consideration you are glad your district made OR wish they made to support digital learning in your online/hybrid/everything experiences this year?
