Question about Honor Roll

So I’m doing my college Application and I don’t know the level of recognition for honor roll or Principal’s Honor roll.

Is this award ranked as simply a school award or is it much bigger like a State or national award. I’m assuming school but just wanna check with strangers cause google isn’t telling me the answer.
