Interview a teacher

I need to interview a teacher for a school assignment (Its a 3 page paper I need to write with information from the interview)

I need a teacher to share one technology tool that has worked and one tool that has not worked in their classroom. (Ex: Skype, google hangouts, powerpoint, ETC)

Also share why it worked or why it didn't work

what would they do to make the tool better.
