Which of these can I use as a source for an economics paper?

I have 10 books about a topic I’m writing about (2008 financial crisis, systemic risk and so on) and I’m wondering which of them are good enough to be used as a source? The books are:

Against the gods by Peter L. Bernstein

Too big to fail by Andrew Ross Sorkin

Hedge Hogging by Barton Biggs

Hedge fund market wizards by Jack D. Schaffer

The failure of fish management by Douglas W. Hubbard

Capital in the 21st century by Thomas Piketty

The little book of value investing by Christopher H. Browne

The little book of hedge funds by Anthony Scaramucci

The shifts and the shocks by Martin Wolf

The quants by Scott Patterson

Thank you in advance!
