Switching to Higher Ed?

I have been a SpEd teacher in K-12 for 24 years. While I do love my career, I can feel burn out coming on. Between the last several years of dealing with the fallout from Covid, the political climate towards teachers and education, and general attitude towards schools, I don’t know how much longer I can stay. I’ve been considering making a move to the world of higher education. I have my Master’s degree. My question is how do I begin? With my experience and degrees can I make this move? Thoughts and advice appreciated. TIA
