How do I get experience?

Probably a dumb question, but here goes.

I'm looking to possibly move out of my parents house after I get my associate's degree, and I've been looking at jobs in my area that you need the associates degree for. I've looked on indeed.com mostly but I've also done some looking around on LinkedIn and some other places. All of the jobs that I see require either prior experience in the field or nursing degrees, as there are a lot of openings for nurses. I don't have prior working experience or a nursing degree, so I'm wondering, where do I get the prior experience?

Some examples of the experience I need is something like "six years prior experience managing teams" or "proven track record of closing deals and making sales" stuff like that. I'm not good at looking for jobs, and don't know where to look for answers or anything or what a starting career with an associate's degree looks like, so I'm wondering what it is. I wasn't ever taught any of this and my parents don't know how or don't want to teach me.

Where could I get the experience closing deals? What about the 6 years managing teams? Is there a common no experience job that requires an associate's degree that pays above minimum wage? Is a minimum wage where I should start when I do get a associate's degree and just try to get experience? Is prior experience in the field super important for all the jobs that ask for it?
