Which is better a Master's in Neuroscience or Biomed?

I'm a psychology graduate, I dont want to pursue psychology for my Master's. I have a passion for neuroscience and have certain ideas in the field of physiology that I want to publish.

Thing is, I want to study cancer, and either brain cancer or bodily cancer, is a research interest of mine as well. Unfortunately, I can't do both and need to pick one over the other.

I'm leaning toward neuroscience atm, because I can go to a more prestigious university than if I were to do biomed
