Can anyone tell me if theese diplomas are good for anything ? I have a ukrainian friend (with theese diplomas) Whos trying to move to a western country to get a job. I cant see how this would get anyone a job? Translating freelance yeah but thats not a living ? My friend is using a lot of time on theese diplomas and im afraid hes wasting time?
