Will colleges look at my fall grades or entire first semester grades of senior year?

My fall grades were awful compared to my junior year, I have every letter grade possible, but if I’m able to get my grades up by the end of the semester will I be okay in getting accepted into my dream colleges. I’m thinking of getting into UIC or Loyola.
