Is there a way to find out if I've ever been on academic probation?

Im not sure if this is the right sub to post but...

Im submitting trasfer applictions to 4 year universities and its asking me if ive ever been on academic probation...

I havent been to school in about 4 years since last year and I wasnt a very successful student.

I haven't been to school in about 4 years since last year and I wasn't a very successful student. I looked through all my emails and I couldn't find it. Im in good standing now as ive been getting straight A's since ive returned.

Is there some way to find out? I submitted some applications saying that I've never been on academic probation cause I wasn't sure. But I feel like I want to know now. Because I have this idea that they could find out and think I'm lying on my application and at the same time, i don't want to say that i was on academic probation when i acctually wasnt.
