Hello everyone,
This year I started participating in my local Students Association and discovered they are very out of touch with the rest of the students. I'm currently organizing a sort of committee with a group of students taken at random to do a questionnaire and understand how they view our institution. Right now I need to write the questions, so I was wondering if there's any template for this type of evaluation that I can use. I'm just trying to avoid being biased in any way.
