Jeji's education system -

Name : <<TBD When sent via Email>> Class : 9th School : KV Address - <<TBD when sent via Email>>

Hello , today I won't rant about the problems with Indian education system but simply provide you with a solution.

Index -

1.Summary 2.Detailed explanation 3.Credits

  1. Summary - My education system is a mix of 20% of Finnish school system and 5% Japanese school system and the rest is my own idea. The main aim of my system is to Provide the students with Real life skills needed like - (Paying Taxes , cooking , Dealing with stress and relationships , getting a job and more) as well let them fully practice their own passion example electronics , litreture , sports etc. The summary ends here but more is too come

2.Detailed explanation - As I said in the summary about those two things we can classify them as Primary classes and Sub classes and also sub secondary classes , let's first understand Primary classes , Primary classes will teach life lessons which every student will actually use in their future and and won't teach unnecessary stuff that today's schools do , primary classes will teach on how to change a light bulb , how to pay your taxes , how to cook basic Indian food etc and teaching emotional stuff like how to deal with stress , how to maintain relationships etc and also teach about awareness like Why you should respect woman , why you should be friends etc and will also teach stuff like How to dress up properly , how to give a job interview , how to become better at public social speaking and maintaining an Conversation which is needed in getting a job nowadays and will also teach stuff like Critical thinking , puzzle solving , how to think and not declaring something as wrong or right without any actual reason. The summary for the primary type classes ends here now we shall move to secondary classes, Secondary classes is concentrated on the Students strength and passion. In this class type students will go in their sub class which they like for example a student which likes Aeronautics will go into the Aeronautics sub classic , the student which like cricket will go to the school field into their sub class. That was the basic summary of the secondary type class and now we'll discuss it a bit more. If a school has 5 days on then out of those 5 days 3 of them will be spent with the sub class teacher which should be qualified enough to teach them in these three days the teacher will teach the student in their sub class let's take for example Electronical engineering - the teacher would teach something like about circuits and current works then the students will discuss among them selves and soo forth , then on those two days left they'll be without a teacher and the sub class will turn into a club now just like so I'm Japanese schools , on these two days the students of the sub class will do something creative , innovative with what they've learnt and then show it to then teacher when it becomes a sub class again for example let's say that the students came on those two days , on day one they'll discuss about what innovative thing to make with what the teacher taught them then then on day two they bring the stuff that they planned and start making it.these 3 and two days were just a rough explication The actual sub class will go like this - Day 1 - Monday - The students are taught by the teacher and discussion happens and they learn something new. Day 2 - Tuesday - The students are independent and without a teacher and they plan on what to make. Day 3 - they make the project they planned. Day 4 - it is presented to the teacher but it is not given a Fail or pass (I'll explain this later on why) Day 5 - they take their projects and display it to the school by putting them in the hallway.

But let me explain this a bit more , once the students have made the projects they'll display it in the school display hall which students could see in Thier free time and everyday some different sub class would display their project for example on Monday - litreture sub class will display their poetry , the programming sub class will distribute their app build too their Primary class classmates and then they'll give them a rating and you may ask what about the sports students on their display day? - They'll do a match in front of the whole school like the cricket sub class Will do a match etc. Also the time table should keep changing like some days the sub class would mostly be with a teacher , sometimes without a teacher and some weeks without any display day , the display day could then be exchanged with either the teacher teaching them or them working alone. Also keep in mind that sub classes will teach the students based skill level not age. For example if a 10 year old has the same skill level that of a 15 year old then they'll be taught together. But this not the same with Primary type classes , in primary type classes you'll be taught with your own age Level. To understand this skill based class I've made this time table - Skill level 1 - basics Skill level 2 - basics 2 Skill level 3 - amateur Skill level 4 - amateur 2 Skill level 5 - pro Skill level 6 - pro 2 Skill level 7 - pro 3

Ok now let's understand these sub class timetable a bit more nicely First is the skill level basics , this skill level sub class will have only one day without s teacher and they will have no presentation/display day and they'll mostly be with the teacher. Skill level - basics two will be somewhat similar but they'll have a presentation day but the project that would be made will not be made independently other than like I said before. Skill level amateur this skill level will have a presentation day but they'll do it independently with only one day without the teacher. Skill level amateur 4 - is similar to amateur 1 but with an extra day with students only without a teacher Skill level pro in this skill level the students will take part in inter school level competitions. Along with the presentation day which is going on from skill level two. Skill level pro 2 , at this skill level students will get an extra with students only without teacher. There will two presentation days compared to one previously Skill level pro 3 this skill level is the last skill level on this skill level the students will be completely independent without a teacher and will take part in bigger competitions like regional , national etc. The presentation day will remain the same , this skill level will also teach the basic 1&2 skill level once every week. Now let me clear some of your questions -

Q1.How will they evolve? And - In Primary type classes they'll have to simply take it into their heart. On secondary type classes , on basic levels they'll mostly be taught with lesser independent time but the opposite will be happing as their skill level increases.

Q2. How will we stop children from cheating? Ans - Students cheat when they have exams which they don't like but here in secondary classes they do what they like in any way they want. Another reason for a student to cheat is setting a deadline or minimum level mark for them to understand this better let's an Example - there is a teenager named Rahul , He likes cricket he plays it with passion and with dedication and hard work he'll become a good player but let's say that the school makes a cricket like any other subject and takes test then he will start feeling pressure and will eventually perform bad in his tests. In his early tests he won't cheat because likes the sport but if he fails the test he will have a fear of staying in the same class soo then he'll start cheating on his tests by batting against easy bolers only and his focus will go mostly to cheating because he has a fear of failing and by this repeated process he'll start to dislike his sport which he'll then give up on. Now tell which was better the one without tests or the on with Tests?.

Q3.what about passing and failing? Ans - there are no failures or passes in my system it goes more like this - there will only be one exam , the exam will be taken before he joins his preferred sub class , this exam won't be like a typical stupid Indian exam which will determine if you're a failure or a pass but will rather be taken soo that the teacher can put you in a sub class , for example if you do very bad on the test it wouldn't mean that you failed but that simply means that you'll be taught in a skill level similar to your and some goes with the one who scored better.

Q4.How will students be promoted? Ans - Students will be promoted by the teacher observing them in everything let's understand this is depth , a student will move on to the next class along with skill level when he has improvement in him for example there will be some things taken in consideration before promoting him to the next class - 1.his knowledge on things taught in primary type classes. 2.his current knowledge in his sub class 3.His focus and dedication in both primary and sub class. 4.His improvement rate in both primary and sub classes 5.applying the stuff taught in primary and secondary classes to each other and real life.for example if a student learns about "How to become better socialy" he should apply this to his secondary sub class which the teacher will take note of if no improvement is seen here it means he's not doing good in primary classes. We can say the points as requirements soo there are six basic requirements to be promoted. If the students has down good in all of those requirements he'll be promoted , if the student does extremely good in one if the requirements but completely fails the other he'll still be promoted . The sub classes will also take one thing.into consideration while promoting is the Presentation day , determination , currently skill level , improvement rate. Each student will be given some marks in every requirement that I mentioned in this para and then they'll be added if they make up the required numbers they'll be promoted.

Q5.What if the student fails? Ans - we'll look on their improvement rate 3 months prior to the marks sum up . If their improvement rate is average or above average they'll keep doing what they were doing. But if a student's improvement rate is too low they'll be given a warning three months prior and will be suggested into changing their sub class to something else that they're good at.

Q6.What about sports sub class students? Ans - No tests or passing or failing for them.

There is one more type of class it is called Improvement class in this class the student will improve at he's weak at , the primary and sub class teacher will choose the skills he needs to improve on , He will never pass or fail in them but rather just have to show improvement.these improvement classes will be taken before the schools ends.

Ratios - What do I mean by ratios? , By ratios I mean the ratio of Primary , cub classes and improvement classes taught. The ratio will vary in each class it Take note - in early teenage years there will be more improvement classes. goes something like this -

1st Class - 90% primary classes. 5% sub classes , 5% improvement classes.

2nd class - 80% primary classes , 15% sub classes , 5% improvement classes.

3rd class - 70% primary classes , 20% sub classes , 10% improvement classes.

4th class - 70% primary classes , 20% sub classes , 10% improvement classes

5th class -
