Unfortunately I failed an A level and I was preparing to get into university this year. Are there any other routes?

Ive for ADHD and Amnesia (memory disease). It was very challenging and I was in a lot of distress and I failed. I've been wanting to help people by becoming a social worker. Is there any way I can have a high school diploma than A level?
