what to do after i get a GED ,what follows?

So im about to be 21 and have been working on getting my GED but I've come to the realization that i don't really know were to go or what to do once i have it I've heard of financial aid and such but i honestly don't have a clue as to what people to talk to. I wanna go to college and not be stagnant but im just scared of not doing it right or not having the resources to do it
