New to the job, could use some advice

Hi everyone,

I'm following a course to get a teaching license for middle school, but I feel wholefully inadequate for the job as I feel a lot of anxiety when dealing with crowds. As such, I've had a hard time trying to teach 30 or so teens.

Is there any advice, related to my problem listed above or otherwise, you guys could give me? Like I said, I'm having a tough time, but I want to do a good job, so I'm open to suggestions.
