What is phone use like in your classes? What's your opinion on it?

Hi all, I'm a student but I'm really interested in this topic. Would love to hear about your policies or just general trends of phone usage you've noticed in your classes.

I'm also doing a research project about teen phone use for an entrepreneurship class I'm taking. We had to identify a problem in the classroom setting and then create a prototype/concept and get initial feedback. If any of you are teachers and passionate about the topic, it'd be super helpful if you could fill out the survey I've made for the project.
