I need help studying for GED

I'm a student from Japan and from specific reasons I have to study to get a GED diploma in June. However I do not know where to start. Japan has no GED preparation classes from what I can see and I don't know what to buy to study for it.

I have no knowledge of U.S.A.'s Social Studies nor Biology and for Mathematics, I have to convert from using Cm/Meters to Inches/Feet.

Looking through the practise questions, they provide explainations for the answers but I do know understand some of them as I do not have the fundamentals. So I'm clueless as to questions like, "When would the speaker of the House become president?" I do not even know what's the sqeaker of the house.

Also, on the GED website, they offer online courses and practise questions, but I need to know the basic knowledge first.

I would think I'm fine with English and Mathematics 「with just abit of tuning」but I'm honestly worried about Science and Social Studies. What can I do?
