I found a few opportunities for example

Harvard and Stanford offer free tuition if your family makes less than $150k

USC if your family makes less than $80k.

NY State offers free tuition at all public colleges for Military Vets

Texas offers 3 years of free education at their public universities for all Military Vets from Texas who've been on Active Duty for at least 1 year.
