One of our professors is having a mandatory make up lecture, he skipped the scheduled one, a day after our cumulative final.
Our school receives US Financial Aid. I was wondering does anyone know if this violates any DOE policies or norms for students to be tested on material that wasn’t properly instructed? I’m sure the professor is trying to cover his butt with accreditation and the required class/lecture time but seems like a violation to test on material before all required instruction was delivered.
I’m looking for a direct for policy codes or terminology to use while protesting this. Not trying to get the test invalidated, trying to get out of a mandatory group class case study on material that I already taught myself. Help.
Please and thank you.
