I was just told by my mom that the reason I was placed in special education early on in my school life was because of my bad writing skills! Yea you heard it right! Not my reading, math, or speech skills but WRITING! Even after I perfected my writing I was kept in IEP and still am today (Senior in High school) im fighting very hard to be removed but they always make up excuses. I never had a problem learning however, with IEP I learned slower than everyone else thus, why I had a difficult time understanding stuff because IEP damaged me to that point it was even to the point that I was bullied!
