Transfer before or after associate degree?

I’m confused and lost right now. I’m almost done with my Cybersecurity associate, currently taking 3 classes and need 3 more to finish. I talked to advisor to transfer to university to major in Information System Manage. He said it’ll take 1/2 days to tell me which classes that’ll be transferred and which ones I need to take, he said I toke mostly computer classes not business classes, but one of my classes I’m taking now has 2 section quizzes and I need to buy $129 code to do it (will it effect my grade if I don’t do it since it’s just 2 section quizzes). I don’t know if I should wait 2 days to see what advisor says or SHOULD I COMPLETE MY ASSOCIATE DEGREE THEN TRANSFER TO UNIVERSITY?
