Starter for 10

So an international corporation arrived in my neck of the woods and bought several schools, and their first two "director" level hires are best described as mediocre - frequent job-hopping and known locally as being less than effective. So to my mind, these hires raise all kinds of red flags about the corporation, the judgment of the big boss, the satisfaction or likely success of working with or for these clowns etc. Thoughts?
