Remote learning , and higher education outcomes

I realize that college education has integrated a lot of remote learning type models for over a decade now . But there was still lecture , labs , and other in person experiences that simply can’t be duplicated in a totally remote atmosphere . With less structure , we are losing time management skills . We are losing teamwork . Collaboration on a conference call is not the same . How much value will be placed on degrees by the private sector ? How will this affect job placement ? Personally in competitive markets actual job experience will be much more preferable .
