Should i ask for reimbursement?

Hello everyone. I am a student on my first year of masters. One of my classes is Lifespan development. I have previously done this class two more times in high school and college and i saw that the information is the same as it has been. The professor made us purchase $150 textbook and he lectured only the first class and all we have been doing since is presentations from students. He hasn’t lectured since the first class. The info of the presentation is all online and not useful. I feel like i am paying close to 2 grant for nothing. Just to go to my three hr class and hear presentations all day and for the professor to be; We’re in chapter 11 now, catch up with reading. If that was the case i would have just purchased the book and not taken the class at all. We are supposed to be learning from the professors and their experience. sl
