Foundation year in uni or access course?

Hi i (19F, UK) have received unconditional offers from both places. I did art and design for my A levels but decided i wanted to work as a primary school teacher. I am just wondering the positives and negatives to both courses. Both are a gateway into me continuing my education but i’m not entirely sure yet. I kept leaning more towards an access course incase i changed my mind and could easily switch majors, but i think i really do see a life long career in education. The access course is social studies (psychology, sociology, criminology and health studies combined). Whereas the foundation year is just an additional year for me to get the required grades to continue my primary education and get a TLA. Any advice would be helpful :) I should also mention the university is a bit more further than where i live currently so the access course would be more easily commutable.
