Why does noone speak out against homeschooling?

Let's be real, homeschooling is not school at home, it is lack of education. Parents are not qualified to teach, and n the rare case that they are I can think of few reasons they might opt for a complete lack of oversight, the only reason is to indoctrinate their kids into the cults and conspiracy theories that they follow. If you search for homeschooling on YouTube you only get freaks arguing for it, noone is refuting their propaganda, why is that?
