Note that the global jurisdiction clause of the national security law in Hong Kong technically governs everyone on this planet. And the law is incredibly vague and broad, meaning that you may violate the law by criticizing the CCP.

Educators and students need to be aware of this horrible law. Remember, CCP agents are operating at a global scale.
